Chat - The Chat icon is located on the menu bar. Chat connects users to a Technical Help Desk representative. The Chat feature is available Monday - Friday from 8:00am CST to 5:00pm CST. In the event that the Chat feature is unavailable, users will be presented with a message directing them to contact the Help Desk directly.
