Landing Pages by Role:

User roles login to pages with specific functions and menu options.

 

Login as Clerk:

 Logging in as an Agency Clerk brings the user to the Search Order screen with the

following menu options displayed:

A Clerk will login to the Search Order page. This role is able to access the following menu options:

Orders - Search and Create

Fulfillment - Shipping Labels, Batch Receipts

Dashboard - The Dashboard displays order statistics for the day and for the prior 30 days.

 

Login as Supervisor:

A Supervisor will login to the Search Orders page.  This role is able to access the following menu options:

Orders

Search

Create

Fulfillment

Shipping Labels

Batch Receipts

Dashboard The Dashboard displays order statistics for the day and for the prior 30 days.

Login as Manger:

A Manager will login to the Search Orders page.  This role is able to access the following menu options:

Orders

Search

Create

Fulfillment

Shipping Labels

Batch Receipts

Closeout

Perform End-of-Day

Reports

View Reports (based on agency)

Dashboard The Dashboard displays order statistics for the day and for the prior 30 days.

 

Login as Administrator only:

 

 

 

 

 

When the user logs in with only the role of Administrator, the user has access only to User Maintenance.
