Previous Correspondence

Correspondence that has been sent to the customer is listed in the Previous Correspondence section.

Date	Date the correspondence was send to the customer via e-mail or letter.
Letter Type	What type of information was sent to the customer
User	The VPS User that sent the correspondence is listed
Delivery	The method of Delivery for the correspondence, i.e. e-mail or letter
Visibility	Details on who can see the correspondence, i.e. VitalChek employees and/or Agency staff
Email Address	The Email Address that is on record for the order
