Password Rules
  • Password must be at least 8 characters, and no more than 20
  • Password must be at least one upper and one lower case character
  • Password must contain at least one numeral, and cannot start with a numeral

 

Step 1            

VitalChek Funeral Home Portal Administrator will create a User, using the email as User ID
Step 2

User will receive an email with link to create password
Step 3

VPS User Activation screen is displayed
Step 4

Enter New Password using Password Rules
Step 5

Confirm New Password
Step 6

Click Activate Account
Step 7

Success screen displays confirming User Activation is Complete
Step 8

Click Logon to VPS link to login
