| How to Reset a Password | Users that have attempted to Login to VPS unsuccessfully 5 times or more, will be locked out of VPS and User ID is disabled message will appear. User will need to contact their Administrator to unlock them. Once the Administrator has unlocked the User, the User can reset their password using the Forgot Your Password link. |
