Comments Overview

Contains details of the Comments that have been added to the order.

Comment Date	Date Comment was created, or added to the order
User	The person who added the comment to the order
Visibility	Information on who can view the comment (Agency only or Public = VitalChek can view)
Comment	Displays limited number of characters (<#>) of written comment
Full Comment Text	When comment line is clicked on, to select, all comment text displays in Full Comment Text box
New Comment	New comments are added in the Add New Comment box
Add Comment	Adds comment to the order and display in the comment information box
Make this Comment public	Check box; when checked allows the VitalChek staff to see comment. When not checked, the comment is marked as Agency only and only the Agency staff can view
Add New Comment	Button to add the new comment text to the order
