Glossary Item Box

Generate Labels

Allows shipping labels to be generated to address and send certificates. Contains information on:

  • Order Number
  • Tracking Number/Status
  • Certificate Holder
  • Ship To
  • Shipping Address

Users must have a role of Clerk, Supervisor or Manager to be able to view and access Shipping functions 

 

 

Order Number

The Order Number in the VPS system
Tracking Number/Status

The Tracking Number assigned and delivery status to the package by the shipping carrier (UPS/FedEx)
Certificate Holder The name on the certificate
Ship To

The person the order is being shipped to
Shipping Address The address that the order is being shipped to
