| How to Upgrade Shipping on a Closed Order |
Shipping information, including shipping method and address, is in the Shipping section. Shipping may be upgraded on closed orders with the following steps |

| Step 1 |
Use any search method to view the order to upgraded in the Order Details tab (Note - the order is in a Closed Order Status)

| Step 2 |
Scroll to the Shipping section and choose the upgraded Shipping option
|
| Step 3 |
Click Update/Save button to save the change
|
| Step 4 |
Order updated message displays and the Payment status displays: Partially Paid
|
| Step 5 |
Additional payment line displays in Payment section with an Authorize Payment icon
|
| Step 6 |
Authorize the payment by clicking icon
|
| Step 7 |
Your order has been authorized message displays and Payment Status changes to Paid in Full
|
