How to Change the Status of an Attached Image | Identification verification and entitlement documents that have been uploaded to an order via the web will be visible in the attachments tab. |

Step 1 |
When viewing the order, select Attachments tab or view the order from the Scanned Image Queue (How to View Orders in the Scanned Image Queue)

Step 2 |
Images that have been attached to the order will be displayed |
Step 3 |
Double click on the image to enlarge (if necessary) |
Step 4 |
Image will be enlarged and displayed in separate window. Click Next to view next image |
Step 5 |
Select the Status for the image from the drop down list |
Step 6 |
Once a Status has been selected, the Change Status button will be visible |
